Found in nail varnish remover, inhale it is not good for the fetus
Salicylic acid -
Found in a lot of toners and cleansers
Retinoids -
Found in anti-ageing moisturisers.

Other products to avoid whilst pregnant!

Fake tan sprays
Skin whitening products
Hair dye

Being pregnant I feel that my skin has gotten better, more clearer and less breakout to spots. I think it’s due to the fact I’m drinking loads of water then fizzy drinks and eating a lot more fruit and vegetables everyday to keep baby healthy and less fried foods.
I didn’t know any of this information about what to avoid in beauty products but I can say I am lucky to have not used any products with these ingredient in them.

I’ve always thought the smell of nail polish and nail polish remover is bad to inhale when I wasn’t pregnant but still used it but since being pregnant I haven’t painted my nails at all just to be on the safe side.

The Clinique toner I normally use has Salicylic acid in it but lucky I havent had to use it whilst being pregnant because I feel that I dnt need to use it on my skin.

Other products like Fake tan sprays and Skin whitening products i dont use anyways but hair dye, well I definitely know not to use it whilst being pregnant even tho I’ve read that it’s fine to use if your in your 2nd trimester but to be safe best avoid.

Useful facts to know if your pregnant =D be safe!

#1…It’s pathetic how people can talk so much crap and 99% of it aint even true, biggin’ themself and their partner up when everyone knows they’re both immature and irresponsible!!

The true always comes out!

#2… Can’t stand how ‘mothers/mothers to be’ are still thinking about themselves. Dolled up with new clothes, thinking designers, buying all beauty products and spending money on worthless things when they have a baby or a new born on the way then asking for grandparents help! Take some responsibility as a parent and grow up!!!

Some people just need to stop and think about what they are doing, Think like a parent! Not saying I’m a angel and I no best but I can say I’m above these people who are like this!

I pitty and feel sorry you’s we all do!

23 Things Newborn Parents Should Know

1. The more time and effort put into decorating a nursery, the more likely that the baby will sleep in your room.

2. Things that don’t wake a sleeping newborn: loud noises and bright lights. Things that do wake a sleeping newborn: sitting down to eat dinner.

3. Maybe they’ll say it’s the eyes. Maybe they’ll say it’s the mouth. Whatever it is, people will insist on telling you that your newborn looks like you. It’s almost never true.

4. You may not want to cut your baby’s nails because you are afraid of making her bleed. However, if you don’t cut your baby’s nails, she will probably scratch herself and, then, she’ll bleed. So, why postpone the inevitable?

5. There is no greater thrill than the first time a baby calls out “mama” or “dada,” even when it is directed toward the cat.

6. Sleeping a lot and eating a lot are traits highly cherished in babies. Unfortunately, neither are particularly admired in adults.

7. As a new parent, strangers will often approach you to ask, “Is she a good baby?” Surprise them by saying, “No, she’s kind of an #$$hole.”

8. You will discover that there must have been something very, very tricky about composing a melody for “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star,” The ABC’s,” and “Baa Baa Black Sheep.”

22. The secret to being a good parent? There isn’t one. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.

23. When all else fails, if you can’t stop your baby from crying, turn on some music and dance around the living room. Even if the crying doesn’t stop, at least you’ll enjoy yourself.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO MY DAD and grandad…My dads has alway been there for me & i love him so much for that!

and i would like to say ‘Happy Fathers Day’ to my husband, tho our babies not born yet hes always been a real father since day one, taking on the responsibility of a real dad. Im very lucky to have him and that he loves and take cares of me everyday. I really do appreciate all the things that hes done or is doing for me and our baby
